- PRIMERO. DESATAR el conflicto de competencia entre el Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, Seccion segunda, Subseccion A y el Juzgado Veintitres Civil del Circuito de Bogota dentro de la accion promovida por Miguel Barberi contra el Ministerio de la Proteccion Social y el Instituto de Seguros Sociales.
- SEGUNDO. REMITIR el expediente de tutela a la Subseccion A, Seccion Segunda del Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca para que asuma de forma inmediata el conocimiento del referido amparo constitucional.
- TERCERO. Por Secretaria General COMUNIQUESE la decision adoptada en esta providencia al Juzgado Veintitres Civil del Circuito de Bogota, con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional en relacion con el conflicto de competencia.
